LOCATION

A private road leads off from the highway into the resorts--- no traffic, no dirt roads and no parking problems.
About 300 kms from Delhi, it is less than 15 kms from Nainital, while on your way to Almora or Ranikhet. Approx. 2 hours drive from the Corbett National Park, and 2.5 kms before the famous Kainchi Mandir. About 15 km from Bhimtal; 16 km from Sat Tal.

Day tempratures rarely go higher than 26 deg cel; falling down to as low as 8 deg cel at night.

A 40 year old village house constructed with wooden floors and ceilings & stone masonary has been renovated to meet the most modern standards of living, while retaining its age old charm. Neat and clean lavish bathrooms , running hot and cold water. A modern kitchen to cook in (for those who desire to do their own cooking).
Green lawns , large enough for the avid golfers to practice their chipping,wild and exotic flowers, fresh apricots, plums, peaches and apples off the trees, in season.
